About Me

Hello! My name is Rosie Noyce and I am a licensed cosmetologist with over 14 years of experience. I am also the proud co-owner of Hello Gorgeous Salon since 2018 and my private studio Bella Rose Hair Studio since 2023.

 

My love for doing hair started as far back as I can remember. Growing up with a hairstylist for a mom, I had no choice other than to fall in love with the industry. I watched everything she did to pick up on all the fundamentals which gave me a great leg up in cosmetology school and ultimately in the business as well. Not a day has gone by that I have regretted my career choice, I love my job and all that comes with it.
